How to Use a Cavitation and Radio Frequency Machine at Home:

1. Preparing the Skin:

• Start with clean, dry skin. Remove any makeup, oils, or lotions from the treatment area.
• For optimal results, consider exfoliating the skin to remove dead cells before the session.

2. Selecting the Treatment Area:

• Identify the specific area you want to target, whether it's the body (for cavitation) or the face and body (for radio frequency).

3. Applying Gel:

• Apply a thin layer of ultrasound gel to the chosen area. This helps the machine glide smoothly over the skin and enhances the effectiveness of the treatment.

4. Using Cavitation:

• If using the cavitation function, ensure the machine is set to the appropriate intensity level.
• Move the cavitation probe in circular or linear motions over the targeted area. Keep the probe in constant motion to avoid concentrating energy in one spot.

5. Using Radio Frequency:

• For radio frequency treatments, adjust the machine settings to the desired level for your skin type.
• Glide the radio frequency probe gently over the skin, focusing on specific areas for firming and tightening.

6. Duration and Frequency:

• It is recommended to wait at least 48 to 72 hours between cavitation sessions for a particular treatment area. This allows your body to process the released fat and ensures that you give your skin and tissues enough time to recover. Each area should be treated for 15-30 min.
• For facial RF treatments, you can use the device 1x/week.
• For body RF treatments, spacing sessions every 3-7 days is common, depending on the intensity of the treatment and your skin's response.

What Not to Do:

• Don't Use on Broken or Irritated Skin: Avoid using the machine on cuts, bruises, or irritated skin.
• Avoid Overuse: Follow the recommended frequency and duration to prevent overstimulation or potential side effects.
• Skip Sensitive Areas: Avoid using the machine on sensitive areas, and be cautious around the eyes.
• DO NOT APPLY ON: Bony Areas, Joints and Bony Prominences, Breast Tissue, Genital Areas and areas with Metal Implants. Cavitation SHOULD NOT be done on your face.

Aftercare:

• Consistency is key when it comes to seeing results from these treatments. However, patience is equally important. It's better to start with a lower frequency and gradually increase as your skin gets accustomed.
• Drink at least 10 cups of water daily and follow a health diet.
